To service my 8 ft overhead garage door. The problem was that the door was binding, became stuck while crooked or would reverse when it was about a foot from the ground. I had just about had it and didn't know who to call because the last time I had it serviced by a fly by night company, (see review) I got soaked for the work done. So I chose this company, called and spoke with a very nice representative named RICH, who turned out to be the owner and proprietor as well as the responding technician to my home. Truly delightful an experience. Rich immediately assessed the problem, informed me of my options and after deciding, I went about my business indoors, occasionally checking on him, and when I did , I marveled at his efficiency. This guy had no wasted movement and in less time than quoted he was finished. Now my door travels smoothly along the rails and with practically no noise. Rich also tweaked a few things that he didn't add to the bill, new hinges, a light and fixture inside the opener, then he went over everything a second time to make sure it was as I described above. Obviously it was better than I expected and it's probably apparent that I am one happy customer. Suffice it to be said that if you need even just an estimate or to have them come out for any reason, they will at no charge, and when their is work that needs to be performed, I wholeheartedly implore you to call AMERICAN DOORS LLC. You won't be sorry.

Great service. Appointment scheduled right away. Came out for a tune up. He noticed a couple problems that were causing the panels to be buckling and to not move smoothly. He made the adjustments and added a strut to provide more support. Now the garage is quieter and moves more smoothly on the track. Only took 30 minutes or so. He even shoveled some ice away that was on the garage floor after the recent blizzard!
